Not Easy Being Green & Affordable

Eco Dream homes are built for low to moderate income families which include the typical teacher, city personnel like the police and fire department personnel.  Look at the partial list on the brochure for the Northern California county median income most recently in 2005.  Check your county and if you have not been able to afford a home, how could you in today’s inflated market and that will continue to increase. This is why we have decided that everyone should have a decent home and why the affordability clause. Eco Dream wants to build homes with little or no profit, financed with affordable no or low interest loans for families that qualify and want to live in a nice eco friendly home and in an ethnically diverse community like the rainbow our planet Earth has become as partners improving the well being of our society in peace and harmony. No drugs and no violence will be tolerated.  Recycling and no littering is strongly encouraged, as well as no smoking habits. Why live in a beautiful energy efficient, green home if you are going to smoke?  Taking responsibility for beautifying your environment is all that is required. A safe and comfortable community with neighbors taking care of each other. A very tolerant and respectful harmonious neighborhood where you would want to raise your children, take care of your parents or extended family regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
